heinz mayer GmbH is a family-owned company for mechanical engineering, plant engineering and special-purpose machine engineering, founded in 1968 in Holzmaden (Baden-Württemberg), with a focus on industrial automation. The company develops, designs and programs customer-specific complete solutions for assembly technology, production technology, packaging technology, conveyor technology as well as systems for thermal spraying. The basis is a proven standard program of handling components – linear units, guide units, clamping units, clamping cartridges, rotary units and more than 150 gripper variants – which are individually combined into gantry robots, linear gantries and handling systems. In-house manufacturing and assembly of the systems takes place in a 2,000 m² production hall, supported by in-house departments for software development, PLC programming and control cabinet construction. The range of services also includes inspection systems with image processing as well as commissioning and service. Customers come from the automotive industry and the manufacturing industry.
