Heinz Meyer Feuerwehrbedarf GmbH is a family-owned business in Rehden, Lower Saxony, that has been manufacturing vehicles for fire brigades and civil protection since 1996. Its range of services includes vehicle, trailer and container manufacturing, the production of safety showers as well as metal processing and metalwork. Superstructures and fittings are made predominantly from aluminium and stainless steel. In addition to new production, the company offers repairs, service, maintenance and retrofitting regardless of vehicle type or superstructure manufacturer. On approx. 8,000 m² of production space, 30 employees, including 3 apprentices, work on implementing individual customer requirements. Customers include, among others, the airport fire brigade of Hamburg Airport, for whom a Medical Assessment Center was among other things converted. Since 2021 the company has been certified to ISO 9001.
