Heinz Schirmacher GmbH is a family-owned manufacturer of high-frequency welding systems (27.12 MHz) for plastics, coated textiles, films and membranes, based in Trittau, Schleswig-Holstein. The portfolio includes sliding-table and rotary-table systems of the B2000, B3000 and B10000 series, foot-protection welding systems (TSM) for car mats, heat-impulse and heat-contact welding machines, impulse welding machines for conveyor belts, HF inline systems, HF generators for particle foaming, and tarpaulin welding machines from the Swedish manufacturer Forsstrom, which the company has distributed exclusively in Germany for over 15 years. In addition to manufacturing, the company develops welding tools and fixtures for HF, heat-impulse and heat-contact processes, offers prototyping from the concept phase to the sample, and modernizes, automates and services existing systems regardless of brand. Generates heat directly in the material, particularly suitable for PVC, TPU, PU, EVA, PET-G, polyester and coated textiles.
Heat-impulse welding
Precise point heating via heated bands for films, membranes, filters and textiles with short cycle times.
Heat-contact welding
Cost-effective process with heated tools for PP, PE, ABS, PVC and PA with freely selectable weld contour.
Ultrasonic welding
Joining of thermoplastic materials by high-frequency mechanical vibrations without adhesives.
Heated-element butt welding
Mirror welding for pipes and molded parts, complemented by service and control upgrades for WIDOS machines.
Particle foaming
