Specialist for stud welding technology since 1970

Heinz Soyer Bolzenschweißtechnik GmbH, based in Wörthsee (Etterschlag), has specialized in stud welding technology since 1970 and manufactures stud welding machines, stud welding guns, welding heads and CNC-controlled stud welding systems from its own production. In addition, welding studs and welding elements are produced in-house. The range of processes includes tip ignition (CD) for thin sheet metal and studs M3–M10, arc ignition (DA) for highly stressed joints up to M24, magnetic arc stud welding (SRM) for automation and series production, as well as gap and contact welding. Steel, stainless and heat-resistant steel, aluminium and brass are processed. The products are used in automotive engineering, metal and glass construction, household appliances, the food industry, plant engineering, steel construction, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding and container construction as well as in mold making. With an inside sales team, certified application engineers in the field and country representatives, Soyer serves customers worldwide; since July 2019, a photovoltaic system with 472 kWp on four company buildings has generated the majority of the company's own electricity needs.
