Heinzmann IFT GmbH was founded in 2011 in Uderns (Austria) by a group of experts from engine and filter technology and has been a member of the HEINZMANN Group since 2021. The company develops, produces and distributes oil mist separators and blow-by filters for diesel and gas engines as well as systems in various application areas, including the marine sector, hydropower turbines and associated gas processing. The patented technology is based on continuous, multi-stage depth filtration with filter media made of fiber filaments, on which oil mist is separated by adhesion and adsorption; separation efficiencies of up to 99.98 percent are achievable. The portfolio includes active crankcase ventilation systems with pressure regulation, blower and piping, 1:1 replacement solutions and retrofit packages for engines from well-known manufacturers, universal models for engine outputs of approx. 500 to 3,500 kW, as well as custom-designed separator systems. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and delivers worldwide.
