About HEITEC Heisskanaltechnik
Since 1987, HEITEC Heisskanaltechnik GmbH has been developing, designing and manufacturing hot runner systems for plastic injection moulding at its headquarters in Burgwald-Bottendorf in northern Hesse. The product portfolio includes hot runner nozzles (including PRIMO-LINE, FIRST-LINE, SLIM-LINE, FLAT-LINE, STAR-LINE), hot runner manifolds with shut-off plugs, welded manifolds, circular and horizontal manifolds, needle shut-off systems with pneumatic, hydraulic and servo-electric drives, as well as pre-assembled and wired complete systems (FLEX-IN, hot half) including temperature control technology. Welded manifolds are made from plates with milled melt channels; all nozzles and manifolds are externally heated (230 V). In addition to the system components, the company also offers design with Mold-Flow analyses (Moldex), material testing and sampling in its own technical centre with injection moulding machines up to 120 t clamping force, as well as maintenance, repair and real-time online support. Customers include medical technology, the electronics industry, automotive, and the packaging, cosmetics and consumer goods industries. Manufacturing takes place entirely Made in Germany.
