CLF extraction and filter systems by Heitmann & Wittler manufactures systems for emulsion and oil mist separation for metalworking companies. The product portfolio comprises decentralised single units for machine tools (CLF-CL15, CLF-A1, CLF-A2) as well as systems for higher volume flows (CLF-T4, CLF-T8) and project-specific custom systems with volume flows from 1000 to 20,000 m³/h. The systems clean contaminated air from machining machines to cleanroom quality and return it to the production area; highly efficient EC fans ensure low energy consumption. The company supports customers throughout the entire life cycle of the system – from planning through implementation and retrofitting of existing machine tools to maintenance, regular inspection and spare parts supply directly from stock. The products are manufactured entirely in Germany. Fields of application include metalworking as well as metal hardening, die casting, plastics processing and food processing.
