About us

HEITZ GmbH Metallbälge – Kompensatoren is a mid-sized specialist company founded in 1945 for the manufacture and worldwide distribution of flexible pipe components. Its product range comprises custom-manufactured metal bellows (convoluted bellows), bellows components with connecting parts and guide elements, expansion joints as well as corrugated tubes and special-shaped parts. Production is largely customer-specific, starting as early as the product development and engineering phase in a technical advisory role, including product design and tooling and plant construction with CNC turning and milling centres as well as automated production systems in the metal bellows department. The materials used are predominantly stainless steel, and in some cases steel, non-ferrous metals and bronze. Customer industries include mechanical and plant engineering, piping construction, measurement and control technology, vacuum technology, heating, plumbing and solar, automotive, drive technology, medical technology as well as pump and valve manufacturing. The company is based in Rheinstetten near Karlsruhe and trains precision mechanics.
