About Hejatex GmbH

Hejatex GmbH is a company founded in 2002 in Straubing (Bavaria), originally trading as MLT GmbH and selling conveyor belt splices. Since 2009 the company has developed and manufactured vulcanizing presses for rubber conveyor belts, and since 2014 heating presses for thermoplastic belts. The product range also includes vulcanizing materials such as the hybrid vulcanizing material Multiface®, the non-toxic epoxy adhesive Multi-EP, the acrylic adhesive Multi-PEPP for polyethylene and polypropylene, high-performance textile fabrics, tools for vulcanization technicians, carrier rollers, as well as special belts and belts for round balers. Manufacturing takes place in the company's own workshop at the headquarters in Straubing; a development department with testing facilities and a training workshop for customers complete the value chain. Customers are found in conveyor belt technology, rubber and plastics processing, agriculture, as well as mining and material handling. The company has been ISO 9001 certified since 2010; documentation is available in German, English, French, Chinese, Spanish and Turkish, among others.
