The company manufactures heavy, complex and highly precise metallic parts and components, primarily through CNC milling (part lengths up to 20 m) and CNC turning (diameters up to 3.8 m, turning length up to 7 m) at unit weights of up to 30 tonnes. The value chain covers feasibility analysis, material procurement, programming, machining, drilling, grinding, honing, shaping, welding, coating, NDT testing, measurement as well as packaging and shipping – the essential production steps are bundled under one roof. Lot sizes range from prototypes and single parts to series of 1,500 units. Customers come from heavy industry, energy (hydro, wind and gas power), mobility, nuclear technology, aerospace, defence, plant and mechanical engineering, food and pharmaceuticals as well as retrofit and maintenance. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018 and has realized around 16,000 projects since its foundation.
