About Helfina
Helfina AG is a Swiss provider focusing on automation and environmental technology. In the field of automation, the company implements customised process automation, standard robotic cells with AI-based part handling for batch size 1 and series production, as well as AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) for intralogistics. In the field of environmental technology, Helfina supplies central extraction systems, island solutions, mobile extraction units, mobile adiabatic air coolers and air quality measuring devices. From consulting and needs analysis through to project implementation, customers are accompanied along the entire solution chain. The offering is aimed, among others, at the MEM industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, the watch industry, medical technology, contract manufacturing, welding shops, milling shops, textile processing and grain mills. Helfina has been active in Switzerland for over 25 years and works with four technology partners, including ESTA for dust extraction technology. Office and warehouse are located in Gipf-Oberfrick in the canton of Aargau, with the postal and billing address in Frick AG.

Materials and Areas of Application
Metal dust
Metallic dusts and chips are captured with dry dust extractors and wet separation.
Stainless steel dust
Stainless steel dust from manufacturing processes is safely extracted, among other methods by wet separation.
Aluminium dust
Aluminium dust is separated in suitable extraction systems.
Titanium dust
Titanium dust is an application area of the wet separation extractors.
CFRP/GFRP dust
Fibre composite dusts are captured by the compact extractors for dry dusts.
Welding fumes
Welding fumes are extracted centrally, as island solutions or mobile.
