HELIMAFORM GmbH & CO KG is a family-owned company based in Esslingen am Neckar, specializing in the manufacture of polyurethane molded parts and technical rubber goods. Elastomer production takes place on 22 presses and rubber injection molding machines with clamping forces of 80 to 500 tons; for polyurethane molded parts, a robot-equipped casting machine is available. The company manufactures customized solutions to customer specifications for small and large series. Founded in 1970 as a wholesale business for technical rubber goods by Georg Mack, the company began its own manufacturing in 1980 and has been run as a family business ever since. Today, Helimaform produces in a 1,100 m² production hall at the Hammerschmiede site in Esslingen am Neckar; the products undergo stringent quality controls.
