About Us
HellBa Kunststoffe GmbH is a family-owned medium-sized company with around 30 employees at its Velbert location. The company supplies industry and trade with plastic semi-finished products such as sheets, solid and hollow rods as well as custom-made cut-to-size blanks (sheet goods) made of thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. In addition, HellBa manufactures construction and finished parts, in particular turned and milled parts made of engineering plastics, on modern CNC machines. The product range extends from PE1000 with high wear resistance to PEEK with high temperature resistance. Product solutions include slide rails, chain guides, guides, wear strips, rollers, wheels, bushes and linings for machines and systems. Customer industries include the food and beverage industry, automotive, wood and paper industries, conveying technology, mining, special machinery construction, chemical industry, packaging industry and logistics. Standard stock items are partly shipped on the very same day as the order.
