About Heller Kunststoffe
Heller Kunststoffe GmbH is a medium-sized company in Herborn-Seelbach (Hesse) and has been manufacturing plastic profiles, hoses and cord seals to customer specifications using the extrusion process since 1979. On 20 extrusion lines of various sizes, thermoplastics such as PVC-U, PVC-P, PP, ABS, HD-PE, LD-PA, PA, TPU, TPV, TPS and EVA are processed, also as dual-hardness combinations and with special features (UV-protected, fungicidal, UL 94 V-0, antistatic). The value chain includes consulting and design of the profile geometry, in-house toolmaking with CNC wire EDM machines, prototype production via 3D printing, series extrusion and assembly into ready-to-install components. Delivery is as cut-to-length or on rolls. Customer industries include automotive, electrical engineering, renewable energies, window construction, structural and civil engineering, HVAC technology, mechanical engineering, furniture industry, roller shutters and sanitary. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (DEKRA).
