Heller Kunststoffe has specialized for over 40 years in the manufacture of plastic profiles, hoses and round cords to customer specification. The company, with around 50 employees, covers the entire value chain: from its own extrusion toolmaking to design and material consulting through to production and assembly into ready-to-install components. Production is carried out to customer requirements and specifications, with the optimal profile geometry and the required material properties such as strength, temperature resistance or stretchability being developed jointly with the customer. Plastics and rubber are processed using the extrusion method. The profiles find application in automotive, electrical engineering and electronics, energy technology, window construction, civil and structural engineering, HVAC technology, mechanical engineering, the furniture industry, roller shutters and sanitation. Sales are conducted worldwide; the company presents itself in both German and English.
