Hellmich & Alpers is a steel trader based in Achim near Bremen that has been active in the metals industry for over 25 years. The company supplies steel, stainless steel, aluminium, castings, brass, tool steel, titanium and engineering plastics as bar stock, flat stock, square bar, tubes, profiles and cut-to-size pieces. Precise cuts are produced in its own sawing centre; in addition, contract sawing, deburring, flame-cut parts and waterjet parts are offered, as well as organising hardening and tempering through partners. With a stock of over 1,000 dimensions, call-off and frame orders and its own logistics, Hellmich & Alpers supplies among others mechanical engineering, aerospace, shipbuilding, defence, automotive, the food industry, rail transport and steel construction. Inspection certificates to DIN EN 10204 and seamless traceability are part of the service.
