Helmig Hydraulik GmbH is a company founded in 1968 in Reichelsheim (Hesse) and has specialized in hydraulic and fluid products for over 50 years. The portfolio includes rotary unions (plain bearing and ball bearing versions), swivel screw fittings, pipe swivel joints, screw and quick-release couplings, pipe couplings and fittings. In addition, the company manufactures individual custom solutions from prefabricated semi-finished products and performs contract manufacturing according to drawings – even in the smallest lot sizes with minimum order quantities. Products are made from galvanized steel (Cr3), stainless steel (including 1.4404, 1.4305, 1.4104, 1.4122), hardened carbon steel and nickel-plated brass; seals are available in NBR, FKM, EPDM, T-PUR, PUR, Kalrez and PTFE. Wear-stressed components are carbonitrided or induction hardened. The products are sold worldwide and are used, among other things, in hydraulics and fluid technology, in the offshore sector, in agriculture, the chemical industry and mechanical engineering. Every new development passes through the in-house inspection and test laboratory; as a recognized training company, Helmig also trains skilled personnel.
