HEMA - Kunststoff Bearbeitungstechnik is a supplier of plastic semi-finished products and machining services based in Mannheim since 1975. The company stocks and procures plastic semi-finished products in the form of sheets, blocks, rods, tubes, films and profiles, and offers a cutting service with immediate delivery and without cutting losses. In addition to cutting, the service portfolio includes CNC machining (milling and turning), bending, edging as well as the manufacture of technical adhesive and welded constructions, complemented by expert design consulting and application technology. Materials processed include, among others, PMMA (Plexiglas® cast and extruded), polycarbonate (MAKROLON®), PE, POM, PA, PVC, PET, PP, PS, PTFE, PEEK, PVDF, PEI as well as HGW, HP, PES, PPSU, PSU and ABS. Production ranges from one-off pieces to small series of several 1,000 pieces. Customers include industry, machinery and plant engineering, environmental technology, medical technology, the automotive industry, electrical engineering, construction, and trade fair and prototype construction. The plant site at Heppenheimer Straße 17 is conveniently located on the B38.
