About HEMA Metallbearbeitung
HEMA Metallbearbeitung GmbH has been producing CNC turned and milled parts since 1986 for customers from the aerospace, medical technology, environmental technology and general mechanical engineering sectors. The machining production includes 5-axis milling with clamping widths up to 600 mm as well as CNC turning with counter-spindle and Y-axis up to 200 mm diameter; in addition, workpieces are engraved and modules are fully assembled. The range of services extends from material procurement and design to prototyping and acting as an extended workbench with just-in-time production and call-off orders. In the field of sewer inspection technology, HEMA develops and manufactures its own products such as patented camera trolleys, mounts, gearboxes and wheels. Quality assurance is carried out with a CNC coordinate measuring machine and a contour measuring machine; the company is certified according to ISO 9001. Apprenticeships are offered as machining mechanics.
