About HEMA Metallbearbeitung
HEMA Metallbearbeitung GmbH was founded in 1986 and manufactures CNC-turned and milled metal parts for industries such as aerospace, medical technology, environmental engineering and general mechanical engineering. The machining services include 5-axis milling with clamping widths of up to 600 mm as well as CNC turning with sub-spindle and Y-axis up to 200 mm diameter; engraving, drilling and grinding are also offered. The service spectrum ranges from material purchasing and machining through to the assembly of complete assemblies including just-in-time production and call-off orders as part of an extended workbench model. Surface treatments such as anodizing, nickel plating, vulcanization and galvanizing are handled via experienced partners. In addition to contract manufacturing, the company develops and manufactures its own products for sewer inspection, including patented camera trolleys. Quality assurance is carried out with a CNC coordinate measuring machine and a contour measuring machine in accordance with the certified ISO 9001 management system. The company employs around 10 staff, trains cutting machine operators and has been based in Dietmannsried in the Allgäu since 2023.
