About Hemme Milch

Hemme Milch is a family-run business in Angermünde (district of Schmargendorf) in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. Around 600 cows live on the farm; the feed (alfalfa, grass, maize, rapeseed meal, grain mix) is mostly produced on-site – 90 percent self-sufficiency is the goal. In the company's own dairy, approx. 33,000 liters of GM-free raw milk are processed daily. The product range includes whole milk and reduced-fat milk in 1 L tube bags, yogurt, buttermilk, vanilla and chocolate milk, iced coffee, strawberry milk, pudding, porridge, Alsahna Natur and tub butter. Order intake, delivery planning and the delivery route are handled by the business itself, supplemented by a milk phone line and online shop. In addition, there is a farm café, farm store, guided farm tours and an event location for up to 120 people. In addition to its own livestock, Hemme Milch cooperates with four regional dairy farms.

The quality of the raw milk is ensured through our own livestock farming, predominantly self-produced feed and fair partnerships with four regional dairy farms. The products are marketed as GM-free milk with short production routes.
