About Hempel + Tacke
Hempel + Tacke GmbH is a planning office based in Bielefeld, founded in 2012 by graduate engineers (Dipl.-Ing.) Holger Hempel and Dirk Tacke. The office provides planning and consulting services in the fields of urban development, building construction, project development and real estate valuation, and additionally operates as a real estate agent. Its range of services covers architectural services in all service phases, from design through approval to execution planning, as well as statutory urban land-use planning including development plans and project-specific development plans. In addition, tendering and contracting as well as expert valuation services for real estate are offered. The team consists of architects, draftsmen, urban and regional planners and expert appraisers, and also provides professional training to students. Completed projects include multi-family buildings with underground car parks, town villas, a grocery retail store as well as development plans and an e-charging station on the A44 motorway. The office is located at the Lenkwerk in Bielefeld.
