About HEMSING
HEMSING is a production service provider based in Lengerich (Westphalia) specializing in the manufacture and assembly of components and assemblies for mechanical and plant engineering. Founded in 1989 by master metalworker Wilfried Hemsing, the company combines metalworking, mechanical engineering and machining technology under one roof and produces single parts, small series, serial parts and complete assemblies according to sample, drawing or DXF file. The service portfolio includes CNC turning (up to Ø 450 mm / 1250 mm length), CNC milling with 5-axis machining (surface 400 x 1200 mm), welding MIG/MAG/TIG up to 500 kg, sawing, bending and blasting work. Via an established partner network, hardening processes such as gas nitriding and vacuum hardening as well as surface treatments such as electroplated zinc plating, chemical nickel plating, chrome plating or hard anodizing are also handled from a single source. A KEYENCE 3D production measuring system with ±3 µm repeatability ensures documented quality up to a component size of 2 m. Customers include companies from the region as well as nationally active industrial and mechanical engineering companies. As a certified master trade and training company, HEMSING trains its own skilled workers and has been led by Johannes Wallmann in the second generation since 2024.
