About the HENGEGROUP
The HENGEGROUP is a corporate group based in Offenbach an der Queich (Rhineland-Palatinate) that evolved from the haulage company founded by Walter Henge in 1965. It comprises the companies HENGE Services GmbH (holding), IMEXCO Minerals GmbH, HENGE Baustoff GmbH, KOMINEX Minerals + Processing GmbH & Co. KG, as well as the Czech subsidiaries O+H Praha GmbH and BES Most GmbH. The group trades in and processes industrial minerals such as corundum (regular, semi-precious and precious corundum), silicon carbide, garnet sand, glass beads and refractory products for blasting, grinding and cutting applications. In addition, it offers contract processing, laboratory analyses, blasting tests, bagging and mixing plants, as well as recycling services for used blasting media and grinding discs. In the building materials sector, it distributes certified fly ash (EN 450, EN 12620, EN 197), anhydrite and cement, and serves building material and residual material transports with its own silo vehicle fleet. The production site for mineral processing is the traditional mineral grinding plant in Ermsleben (Falkenstein/Harz, Saxony-Anhalt); trading and logistics sites are located in Offenbach, Prague and Most.
