About Hengesbach

Hengesbach GmbH & Co. KG, based in Erkrath, has been developing, producing and distributing process measurement technology for industrial production processes for over 50 years. The focus is on hygiene-sensitive industries such as the food, beverage and dairy industries as well as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, paper/pulp, water/wastewater and textiles. The portfolio includes analytical measurement technology (pH value, conductivity, turbidity, colour, chlorine content, nitrate), pressure, flow, level and temperature measurement technology as well as digital displays, measuring transmitters and automation solutions including the HengCom configuration software. The devices are designed according to the criteria of Hygienic Design: flush-mounted, CIP- and SIP-capable process connections, surface qualities of Ra < 0.8 µm (electropolished) in stainless steel 1.4404 or 1.4435, FDA-approved sealing elastomers, protection ratings up to IP 69K and process temperatures up to 200 °C. This is evidenced by EHEDG certificates, FDA approval certificates and material certificates in accordance with EN 10204. The family-owned company is run in its second generation by Gabriele Hengesbach and serves customers worldwide through a network of sales partners in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and North America.
