About Hengstler Zylinder
Hengstler Zylinder GmbH is a medium-sized company founded in Hausach in 1937 with around 150 employees, which develops and manufactures customized hydraulic cylinders of all sizes. The portfolio includes boom, rod, bucket, support, telescopic, counterweight, tipping, steering, cabin lift, positioning, and rocking cylinders for excavators, construction machinery, mobile cranes, loading excavators, mining, concrete pumps, agricultural machinery, and power plants. The manufacturing facility has a high degree of manufacturing depth and a modern machine park including a deep boring machine, CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, friction welding machine, and assembly line; workpieces up to 2 t weight, 6 m length, and 800 mm diameter are processed. Pistons rods receive application-specific, multi-layer coatings of hard chrome or nickel-hard chrome. Certifications according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, DIN EN ISO 3834-2, and EN 1090-2 attest to the process quality from design, welding, testing, through to delivery.
