Henning Müller Sondermaschinenbau GmbH in Deensen develops and manufactures special-purpose machines, systems, jigs and fixtures and tools according to customer requirements – from consulting and planning through CAD design to manufacturing, assembly and commissioning at the customer's site. Manufacturing includes CNC milling up to 3,600 mm X travel (5-axis machining in a single setup), CNC and cycle-controlled turning, sawing, surface grinding, slotting and welding in MIG/MAG and TIG, supplemented by hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC control engineering and 3D printing (FDM, ABS). Small production runs are also manufactured. Reference projects include a punching and turning machine for aluminium bicycle rims, a machining center for GRP profiles for the aircraft industry, feeding systems and glass stackers for the glass industry, and a screwdriving machine for the furniture industry. Since 2024, the company has been an official partner of Elsa S.r.l. and sells and supports mobile boring machines of the SUPERCOMBINATA series in Germany; in addition, it offers mobile milling and boring machining directly on site.
