The service portfolio includes punching and laser cutting on fully automated Trumpf machines up to 2,500 x 1,250 mm, a Salvagnini punch-bend line for chained operations, hydraulic punch-bending presses from 80 to 250 t with deep-drawing capability, and folding presses from 50 to 160 t of press force up to 2,500 mm in length. These processes are complemented by MIG/MAG/TIG welding, powder coating, the assembly of complex assemblies, and photo-optical measurement using a VQC measuring machine. Materials processed include mild steel, galvanized material, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and other alloys. The company is part of the HENSEL Group (Gustav Hensel GmbH & Co.
