HENTGES GmbH is a family business founded in 1984 by Robert Hentges and headquartered in Zülpich that distributes electrical engineering products for industry and the trade. The portfolio includes circuit breakers, voltage and current transformers, low-voltage instrument transformers, distribution transformers, fully insulated busbar systems, air-insulated medium-voltage switchgear, steel and GEMINI enclosures, protection relays and building control components. Since 2001, HENTGES has developed and manufactured its own product line of ring-type current transformers at the Zülpich site.
