About Henze BNP
Henze Boron Nitride Products AG is a family-owned company headquartered in Lauben in the Allgäu region and has specialized for over 30 years in the development, manufacture and worldwide distribution of products made of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN). The company produces sintered boron nitride ceramic precision components under the HeBoSint® brand – in pure form or as a boron nitride composite. These materials are easy to machine, highly thermally resistant, electrically insulating and suitable for high-temperature processes. In addition, boron nitride powders (HeBoFill®) are offered as fillers to improve the thermal conductivity of plastics and coatings, liquid boron nitride coatings (HeBoCoat®) on a water or solvent basis, and oil-dispersed lubricant additives (HeBoLub®). The products are used in industries such as sintering technology, powder metallurgy, metal casting, the aluminium industry, solar technology, welding and soldering technology, high-temperature furnace construction, forming technology, PVD systems as well as the vacuum and semiconductor industries. The machine park is continuously modernized, among other things with a Takumi G1000 machining center.
