HEPRO LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT AG, based in Kerzers, is a Swiss family-owned company for professional laundry technology. The company supplies complete laundry equipment for businesses and industry throughout Switzerland – from washer-extractors, front-loading dryers and drying cabinets to tunnel buck irons/ironers, cylinder ironers and ironing tables, through to finishers, steam generation, spotting and weighing technology. In addition to new machines from leading manufacturers, inspected and fully refurbished used machines are offered. The range of services includes planning and consulting for laundries, delivery and installation, turnkey X-tonne laundries, dosing technology, textile identification (HTI) as well as laundry accessories. An in-house customer service team with a nationwide breakdown service in Switzerland, maintenance, service contracts, service for third-party products and a central spare parts warehouse with over 4000 items ensures the operation of the installations. The competence centre in Kerzers also offers training courses such as stain and spotting courses and ironing courses. Customer segments include retirement and care homes, clinics, hospitals, hotels and gastronomy, laundries and dry cleaners, fire brigades and rescue services as well as industry and trade.
