Herbst & Kisser GbR was founded on 1 March 2006 and is run by its two co-founders Kay Kisser and Matthias Herbst. The service portfolio includes IT services such as virus removal, data recovery and backup, complete installation of computers, servers and notebooks, network and router setup, backup software and training. In addition, the company offers telecommunications services (routers, telephone systems, VoIP), web design with HTML/CSS, TYPO3 and WordPress, corporate design for flyers and business cards, video and audio editing including digitisation of VHS tapes, vinyl records and cassettes, as well as consulting and setup of consumer electronics. Hardware is sourced through distributors; since 2013 as a TERRA Service Partner of Wortmann AG. For remote maintenance, ALSEHK uses its own GDPR-compliant tool via a German server. The services are aimed at private customers, small and medium-sized enterprises (client-side) as well as new business founders and start-ups. Since May 2022, the easyCredit instalment purchase of TeamBank has been offered.
