Heribert Sohlmann GmbH is a family-owned technical trading and procurement company headquartered in Emsdetten in the Münsterland region (district of Steinfurt). Since 1946, the company has supplied customers from industry, trades, municipalities and home DIY users with over 500,000 items from the areas of tools, fastening technology, power tools/machines, occupational safety/PPE, workplace equipment, electrical materials, technical items and office supplies. In addition to trading, services are offered: SBL C-parts management (Sohlmann procurement logistics), an assembly service, crimping and assembly of hydraulic hoses and seals at the Gronau site, a textile finishing service (printing and embroidery from 25 pieces), a repair and rental service, and an exchange cylinder system for technical gases. Production supply is automated via RFID technology and dispensing machines. Delivery is carried out by the company's own fleet as well as via the eLC logistics center of the E/D/E cooperation in Wuppertal, usually with 24-hour delivery nationwide.
