Heripack Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, based in Meschede, has been developing and manufacturing packaging machines for secondary and tertiary packaging since 1978 – Engineering Made in Germany. The portfolio includes fully automatic case erectors, semi- and fully automatic case sealers, bottom tapers, semi-automatic pallet magazines, volume reducers, gantry, layer, column and robot palletizers, as well as case packers and complete packaging lines. The centerpiece of the program is the Multicase volume reducer HVR-MC.630 (Patent Pending), which automatically adjusts carton heights to the packaged contents, thereby reducing material and shipping costs. The machines process corrugated board in B-, C- and E-flute, single to triple wall, according to FEFCO 0200/0201/0204; stainless steel versions are available as an option. In addition to standard machines, Heripack plans and implements customized automation solutions and special-purpose machines, and accompanies the systems throughout their entire lifecycle with maintenance, retrofit, overhaul and spare parts service. The systems are used, among others, in food, pharma & chemicals, cosmetics, e-commerce, logistics and the consumer goods industry. With around 3,600 machines on the market and 160 customers worldwide, the company operates internationally and, for supply security, aligns itself with the C-TPAT program and AEO status.
