HerkulesGroup, headquartered in Siegen, is a family-owned machine building group with more than 1,447 employees worldwide. The group comprises Maschinenfabrik Herkules (roll grinding and roll turning machines), WaldrichSiegen (heavy-duty machine tools for turning, milling, grinding, boring and texturing), RSGetriebe in Sonthofen (drive solutions and gearboxes) and SBA mechatronics in Weikersdorf (modernization of industrial plants). Large-scale machine tools are manufactured, such as portal milling machines (ProfiMill, ProfiMill evo), vertical turning machines (ProfiTurn V), boring mills (Union) as well as drive components and gearboxes for mechanical engineering, rolling mill technology, the chemical industry, extrusion and test bench systems. Production is characterized by a high degree of vertical integration: central components are produced within the group, among other things in the new large-machine hall in Siegen and at the Meuselwitz production site. Own service and sales subsidiaries in the USA, India and China serve the main markets worldwide.
