About Herrmann Innovations
Herrmann Innovations GmbH, based in Pösing (Bavaria), develops, manufactures and distributes solutions for painting technology. The core product is IONSTAR®, marketed since 2018, a compressed-air-operated system for neutralising static charge that reduces dust inclusions during painting and is certified for paint booths according to ATEX, CE and UKCA. The portfolio is complemented by the HERRAfix® product family, including a folding-edge puller for precise folded edges in masking tape, as well as antistatic paint suits made of carbon fibre textile according to EN 1149. The company operates as a developer, manufacturer and distributor and accompanies products from idea to market maturity. Adhesion on PP plastics has been tested by the Fraunhofer Society; products are used in more than 70 countries. A partnership with BASF has existed since 1971.
