HERZ GmbH Kunststoff- und Wärmetechnologie, based in Neuwied, is a developer and manufacturer of devices, machines and accessories for plastics welding and processing as well as for process heating technology. The product range includes roof welding machines, hand welding tools, hand welding extruders, butt welding machines for plastic sheets and pipes, heating and bending benches for thermoforming plastic sheets, as well as air heaters and hot air blowers for industrial process heat. In addition, test devices, nozzles, pressure rollers, welding wire, styrofoam cutting tools and filaments for 3D printing (also as OEM or contract manufacturing) are offered. The products are used, among other things, in flat roof construction, civil, pond and tunnel engineering, apparatus and tank construction, control cabinet construction, trade fair construction, advertising technology as well as in heating and combustion technology. The company has been active in the market for more than 50 years and supplies many countries across Europe. In addition, HERZ offers its own workshop with repair and maintenance service, a large spare parts warehouse and a rental program for devices.
