HERZRASEN GmbH

About HERZRASEN

HERZRASEN GmbH from Hamburg produces individual premium spirits such as gin, vodka, kümmel and korn by hand. A distinctive feature is a patented extraction process by which colorants such as chlorophyll from fresh lawn clippings, as well as colorants from marigolds, organic blueberries and organic strawberries, are obtained and added to the spirits without altering their taste. The products are created as individual editions for football clubs, golf clubs, campsites, cities and corporate customers, colour-matched to the respective brand. The HSV Edition is well known; its chlorophyll comes from the actual lawn clippings of the Volksparkstadion. Labelling is carried out by the facility Die Mürwiker in the Flensburg area.
