About Hesener

Hesener Metallwarenfabrik GmbH from Finnentrop has combined classic stamping technology with plastic injection molding under one roof since 1977. The company manufactures stamped, pressed, deep-drawn and bent parts made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 6.0 mm as well as technical plastic parts made from common thermoplastics, fiber- and particle-reinforced materials and special blends. A particular focus is on hybrid components, in which stamped metal inserts are directly overmolded with plastic. The range of services extends from material selection, manufacturability studies and prototype construction through in-house toolmaking for stamping and injection molding tools to series production, assembly manufacturing and functional testing. Customers include companies from fitting technology, the window industry, electrical engineering, the automotive, pump and furniture industries. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (DEKRA-ITS).
