About Hesse Kunststoffverarbeitung
Hesse Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH has been producing technical injection-molded plastic parts in Schorndorf since 1960 and is today run by the third generation of the family. On 2000 m² of production and warehouse space, 20 employees manufacture components in 1k and 2k injection molding, including metal overmolding and glass-fiber-reinforced plastics (GRP/FRP). The machine fleet comprises 40 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 35 t to 130 t; parts from 0.01 g to 250 g are produced in lot sizes ranging from smallest series starting at 1 piece up to series of 100,000 pieces. The range of services includes in-house tool and mold making, design and consulting (2D/3D CAD, IGES), prototypes and pre-series samples, further processing, assembly of modules, and surface finishing such as chrome plating and coatings of plastic parts. Thermoplastics processed include PS, PE, PP, PA, PVC, PET and PC. Customers come from all industries; delivery is provided with warehousing and call-off orders.
