About Hesterberg
Under the Hesterberg brand, Hesterberg GmbH manufactures CAD/CAM CNC parts and accessories for sport and racing motorcycles. The product range includes brake anchors for quick-change systems, triple clamps in racing specification, fork feet for Showa forks, ABS/TC sensor rings and stand mounts (Factory Bobbins). The products are aimed at models such as the Yamaha R1 and R6, BMW S1000RR, Kawasaki ZX10-R and ZX6-R, Honda CBR 1000 RR as well as the Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4. Manufacturing is done by machining, predominantly from aluminium and stainless steel; the ABS/TC sensor ring is offered as an uncoated replica of the original in stainless, weight-optimized form. Sales are handled through the company's own online shop with delivery times of approximately two to five days.
