About HETRONIK

HETRONIK GmbH, headquartered in Kempten, specializes in the development, production and marketing of multi-channel power controllers sold under the designation HC (Heater Controller). The systems individually control a few dozen up to many thousands of heating elements, with 1 to 100 A per channel, 24 to 480 Vac, 50/60 Hz, single- or three-phase, and full-wave, half-wave and phase-angle control. This includes functions such as softSTART for limiting the inrush current of IR lamps, failure detection via per-channel current measurement, temperature control with autotuning and automatic data exchange with PLCs from SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY, ABB, BECKHOFF, OMRON and MITSUBISHI via PLC master projects developed by HETRONIK (PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP). The products are manufactured exclusively in Germany and used in thermoforming machines, PET stretch blow molding machines, laminating presses, infrared ovens, paint drying ovens, extrusion and hot runners; main customers are series machine builders in Europe, Turkey, North America, China, Korea and Japan. In addition to new products, the company offers repairs, retrofits of outdated controls and spare parts supply for all HC products ever manufactured; complete HC systems are delivered within 20 working days.
