About Heuser Medizintechnik
Heuser Medizintechnik GmbH, based in Werne (North Rhine-Westphalia), is a manufacturer-independent full-range supplier for ophthalmology. The company trades in new and used medical technology for ophthalmology practices, clinics, medical care centers (MVZ) and opticians – including slit lamps, tonometers, OCTs, fundus cameras, perimeters, phoropters, autorefractometers and practice equipment such as refraction units and lift tables. In addition to trading, Heuser offers installation, cross-manufacturer maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications, repairs with its own spare parts warehouse, loaner devices in the event of failures, MTK inspections (metrological checks) on tonometers with a measurement protocol, as well as general overhauls of used devices including device painting in RAL colors. The offering is complemented by medical technology leasing and practice planning. Founded in 1996, the GmbH has been led by Marco Hobein since 2020; in 2025 the company became a specialist trade partner of Topcon.
