About HEYtech
The HEYtech GmbH, based in Braunschweig, develops, manufactures and distributes central controllers for building automation. The product range includes roller shutter, venetian blind, lighting, roller blind, awning, ventilation flap and conservatory controllers for up to 32 motors or lights per central unit. The M-series and L-series controllers are installed on DIN rails in the electrical distribution board; in addition, surface-mounted controllers in heavy-duty versions, also suitable for outdoor installation, are available. The devices operate without a bus system and without additional modules distributed throughout the building: the connections of the motors and control switches are brought together centrally at the controller, so that manual operation via local switches is retained even if the electronics fail. Equipment features include a backlit, dimmable LCD display, a quartz-accurate, battery-buffered clock with automatic daylight saving time changeover, optionally a DCF77 radio clock, connectable sensors for brightness, temperature, rain, wind and humidity, as well as a PC interface (USB, RS232, TCP/IP) for parameterisation and firmware updates via the HEYcontrol software. Free Android and iOS apps, an openHAB binding and an ioBroker adapter enable smart home integration. Development and manufacturing take place exclusively in Germany.
