About us
HF Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed family business with more than 50 years of experience in piping for gravel plants and other wet processing plants. Its range of services covers engineering, manufacturing and installation: the company plans the complete water circuit of a plant from fresh water through process water to wastewater, designs and models pipework in 3D AutoCAD, and manufactures pipes, pipe bends, T-pieces, reducers, distributors, fittings, pontoon systems and installation-ready pipework in steel, HDPE or rubber-lined versions. The workshops in Forstinning and Probstzella also perform rubber lining, hot and cold vulcanization and the lining of components with rubber, polyurethane or ceramics. The offering is complemented by valves, compensators, conveying hoses, pumps, wear protection as well as maintenance, repair and national and international installation.

Quality
Installation managers, welders and fitters receive continuous training; welding is carried out according to DIN EN 287 and DIN EN 15609. Pipelines are manufactured according to DIN EN 13480, flanges according to DIN 2501 and ANSI B16.5, painting according to DIN EN ISO 12944.
