HFB Wälzlager-Gehäusetechnik GmbH was founded in 1996 and is a medium-sized producer of rolling bearing housings and drive components based in Buchen (Baden-Württemberg). At the Buchen site, standard products as well as customer-specific special products are manufactured on more than 5,000 m² of production space. The product range includes pedestal, flanged, block and cartridge bearing housings, housed bearing units for shafts from 12 to 140 mm, self-aligning ball bearings and spherical roller bearings, split spherical roller bearings as well as accessories such as sleeves and protective covers. Materials include spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel, sheet steel, brass, aluminium and rubber. In addition, HFB offers design and development with 2D and 3D drawings, special anti-corrosion coatings (SSP, CORROPROOF), just-in-time production and a large stock of more than 8,500 items. Customers include conveyor system construction, agricultural machinery technology and drive technology; delivery is worldwide.
