HG GRIMME SysTech is a manufacturer of CNC machining centers founded in 1987, based in Wiedergeltingen in the Unterallgäu region. The company develops and manufactures 5-axis CNC milling machines, waterjet cutting systems, blade machining centers and thermoforming machines, especially for machining plastics and composites such as CFRP and GRP; with modifications, the systems are also suitable for aluminium, wood and model-making materials such as Ureol. The range of services includes design and development (CAD/CAM), planning, in-house manufacturing and painting, assembly, electrical installation, commissioning and training, as well as technical service, maintenance and spindle repair. In addition, HG GRIMME offers special machine construction, jig and fixture building with clamping technology, turnkey automation solutions with robotics and cobots, and the sale of CNC stock and used machines. All work steps from concept to completion take place at the company's own plant in Wiedergeltingen; the machines are sold worldwide. Customers include, among others, Dr. Karl Gert Fischer GmbH & Co. KG, which has purchased a total of twelve machines since 1992, as well as BMW in the context of a major order for CFRP frame component machining.
