HI-Zerspanungstechnik GmbH is a contract manufacturer specialising in machined metalworking and metal processing, based in Renchen in Baden. In its production facility covering approximately 1800 m², a team of around 15 employees manufactures individual parts, series parts and complete assemblies on CNC and conventional machines. Quality
Quality assurance is performed with a Digimar 817 CLM height gauge (measuring range 600 mm, repeatability down to 0.5 µm) and a Mitutoyo PH-A14 profile projector with a 200 x 100 mm measuring range and a measuring table for workpieces up to 45 kg. Both instruments offer measurement data processing via USB and RS232 interfaces.
