Hiab (Hiab Norway AS, part of the Hiab Corporation/Cargotec group) is a supplier of vehicle-mounted load handling equipment: loader cranes (HIAB, EFFER; capacity classes from under 12 tm to over 100 tm), forestry cranes (LOGLIFT, S- and Z-architecture, 12–18 tm), recycling cranes (JONSERED), truck-mounted forklifts (MOFFETT, incl. the fully electric eSeries NX), hooklifts and lift-dumpers (MULTILIFT, GALFAB) as well as tail lifts (ZEPRO, DEL, WALTCO) for vehicles from 3.5 to 12 t and above. The structures are made predominantly of steel; hooklifts receive a zinc-based primer as corrosion protection. The portfolio further includes crane accessories such as grapples, clamshell buckets, rotators, pallet forks and outriggers, vehicle installation according to the Hiab installation method, service contracts (ProCare), genuine parts, telematics (HiConnect) and simulator training (HiPerform/HiSkill). The Norwegian national subsidiary in Hagan handles sales and service. Target industries are waste management/recycling, construction, forestry, logistics, agriculture, beverages, industrial gases and defence. The service network covers more than 100 countries.
