We live bakery
HIESTAND Schweiz AG, headquartered in Schlieren (ZH), produces and distributes around 800 high-quality frozen bakery products under the brands HIESTAND, COUP DE PATES, LA CARTE and OH MY SWEETNESS. The company, founded in 1967 by Fredy Hiestand in Zurich, manufactures in its own bakeries in Schlieren and Dagmersellen croissants/viennoiserie, breads, rolls, buns, sweet pastry, donuts, muffins, desserts, patisserie and pizzas, including pre-proofed dough pieces and laminated products such as croissants. Around 80 % of revenue comes from Swiss production; the raw materials used are predominantly regional, such as Swiss flour, butter, sugar and rapeseed oil, partly with sustainability labels such as IP-SUISSE and Fairtrade. In-house product development with two innovation waves per year and customer-specific developments complement the offering. The entire supply chain of production, trade and logistics is IFS-certified; the company's own frozen logistics center in Lupfig supplies more than 6'700 delivery points throughout Switzerland.
